Canada strikes Israel Lobby

Just weeks after the National Intelligence Incumbent President Chas Freeman has resigned from his post, quoting the dam "slanderous distortions" of the Israel lobby, it seems that the influence of lobbyists is flexing it's muscle in Canada throwing threats Canadian peace groups and activists who help British MP George Galloway.

Officials also cited the contribution of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza as an illegal act. Citizenship and Immigration Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney has the power to overrule the decision by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, but he said Friday he will intervene not.

What prompted the Minister's decision to now allow Kenney Galloway in Canada, it seems, was due to an open letter by the Jewish Defence League of Canada (JDL). JDL Canada National Director Meir Weinstein, in his letter to Minister Kenney, proxie Galloway described as "of Iran" refers to neo-Nazis and called for Canada to ensure he does everything to "keep the hater outside Canada" and also a number of video clips out-of-frame.

The idea that the decision of the Minister Kenney has finally been influenced by the JDL and Meir Weinstein does not seem entirely unappropriate. After all, the JDL has, as one of its basic guiding "the need to pass both to help the Jews the world and to change the Jewish image through sacrifice and all means necessary. "However, the JDL will also see that these resources include "Strength, force and even violence as a last resort."

Meir Weinstein, a proxie of Israel, and former member of the Defence Force Forces (IDF), has raised eyebrows in Canada during its ability to convince the Minister to prohibit Kenney MP George Galloway. In addition, after the JDL and Weinstein sued the Canadian Arab League for defamation, Minister Kenney followed suit setting a review to slash public funding of the Federation Canada-Arab.

Note that Minister Kenney may have not noticed lately, but certainly attract attention, was the thwarting of a planned terrorist attack four months after 9 / 11 of the JDL. The FBI says:

On December 11, 2001, Irving David Rubin and Earl Leslie Krugel were arrested by the Los Angeles Joint Terrorism Task Force for conspiring to build and place improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at the mosque King Fahd in Culver City, California, and the local office of the Congress Darrell Issa. Rubin and Krugel were charged with conspiracy to destroy a building by of an explosive and possession of a destructive device during and in relation to a crime of violence. Rubin and Krugel were active members of the Jewish Defense League's (JDL), a violent extremist Jewish organization. Statements by Rubin and Krugel indicated they had planned the attack against the mosque demonstrate the militancy of the JDL. Krugel has also indicated that the attack was planned to provide a "warning" to the Muslim community. It was determined that Rubin and Krugel had already acquired the necessary components to build an IED, including pipes, fuses, and powder smokeless.

The fact that Minister Kenney may have missed is that the JDL was responsible for numerous bombings, assassinations, beatings, and intimidation since 1968, and were described in 1986 as "one of the most active terrorist groups in the United States." Certainly JDL after the failed terrorist attack in 2001, the group went into hiding only to reappear later. The JDL is now active again the United States the recently held a gun to class members.

Meir Weinstein, the Canadian Section, has tried to distance itself from the JDL in the United States, and increased terrorism. However, terrorism does not stop there. Weinstein, when asked if the JDL in Toronto adheres to the ideology Rabbi Kahane's original, said in an interview in 2008 with the Jewish Press that he "always a faithful follower of Rabbi Kahane. Our ideology is based on Jewish idea as taught by Rabbi Kahane.

The question we must then ask is, who was Rabbi Kahane? Rabbi Kahane was a founder of the JDL in 1968, and one of the founders of a group name Kach, an Israeli political party. Meir Weinstein has been the Canadian spokesman for Kach in 1994. Kach, however, was later quoted (and is still listed) as a terrorist organization and banned by Canada, the United States and Israel.

Meir Weinstein, and the JDL, Canada's influence begins to emerge. That becomes even more alarming was Weinstein threats to Canadian peace groups, organizations and individuals that support (or help) MP George Galloway entering Canada and speaking in four Canadian cities. Weinstein, while being interviewed by UK's Channel 4 News and in speaking with Mr. Galloway states that any Canadian citizen who helped Galloway speaking of this month, or attempts to help talk to outside of Canada, will be "looked for their links with terrorist groups," and also went on to warn that the JDL will flex its influence again by ensuring "that the Government of Canada will follow up each individual and organization that has nothing to do with George Galloway."

More than 50 organizations, including the Council of Canadians, Canadian Civil Liberties Union, the Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights, antiwar coalitions Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal, several major unions and many community organizations are all potentially subject to investigation or is subject to investigation, if Meir Weinstein s influence is true to his words. Minister Kenney, to date, has shown its willingness to support Mr. Weinstein, and security services of Canada has followed suit.

Mr Galloway is expected to begin its tour Canada from 30-Mar-09. Public pressure began to mount on the Conservative government because there are a number of petitions to help push the government Kenney and the Minister to allow Galloway in the country.
