I have a problem with my cilantro, mint, basil, rosemary and growing .... please help!?

I am more more cilantro, basil, mint and rosemary in 8 "pots on my porch in Miracle Grow potting soil and I am fertilizer every 1-2 weeks with miracle grow and water them every morning when I wake up. The four plants get full sun until about 2 or 3pm when the shadow of house falls on them. The plastic stakes included with each plant has at least 6 hours of sunlight. My problem is Rosemary Brown has tips, basil seems drunk and stains brown eyes burned with mint and cilantro seems to be stagnant and has some brown spots too. Should I try partial shade? When I lived in an apartment my plants may be taken 2 hours of full sun and they have prospered. Except for my mint, mint is my death in the shade and it seems fry in the sun. I am not a green thumb, but after living in a house after an apartment and now my plants are sick, it discourages me I love cooking with fresh herbs. Someone please give me some good advice. Mrlaze called right, you're more fertilzing your plants, it will burn the roots, which in turn leaves damages. Rosemary has dried slightly before watering as it has good drainage. Coriander can be picky, keep evenly moist and do not overwater. Basile has to partial shade and can burn in the sun if its getting hot by you during the day. I am surprised by the Mint since, generally, grows without any help:) Basic rule for most herbs from the garden variety is good drainage, part shade and let dry a bit beofre watering. best to try and gain a better understanding of your plants is to keep the pot after watering feel like it is heavy, then you can judge when it needs watering.
