issue of weight gain, recovery from anorexia?
I've been eating a ton more on my plans nutritionist for the last 3 days. Weight gain ZERO, why is that? I feel bigger, cleaner look, I'm better about. Some of my paintings, even better fit?! But when you are on the scale still reads 84.4 pounds. The problem is that doctors want to gain weight many not feeling and looking better: /
Wow. Well, congratulations on your recovery plan. Wonderful! Three days is not a long time. Your body will need to "reteach itself" the way working with all these wonderful vitamins and nutrients you put into your body. You do not want to win too quickly. This is not healthy either. If you really interested, you can add a little more protein to your diet and some starches. Eat a peanut butter sandwich, or a baked potato. The important thing in your recovery is to stop focusing on what the scale says. If you feel healthier, better look and you notice a difference in how you feel, what is obvious you have, then concentrate on that ... not scale. Obsession wth the scale is what you put in this bind to begin. Right? If you continue to eat nutritious meals and snacks, light weight and your body heal. Why do you focus on what beautiful things for yourself to recognize your achievement? Receive a manicure / pedicure, buy a new shirt or something you want. Do something nice for you .... you deserve because it is a difficult disease to handle and it seems you are well on your way!
