Bar Set

Can someone explain a "set up" bar, and any advice on how to move to another without going into big problems?
They were in Texas. The sign reads "the beer and the game ups. What I think it is, what are people actually bring their bottles alcoholic beverages to own the property, which is a huge step in any other type of bar. They provide glasses and ice, but how the heck do they money. I also go there and find a group of guys really lost, and it is not easy to avoid arguing, fighting, etc. All advice on the type of places These are?
In addition to the glass and ice that you mentioned, they also sell you the mixer at a high enough price too. But buying your own alcohol and pay for the whole set-up, there is still much cheaper than going to a bar regular. I grew up going to "develop" bars as a kid in S. Dakota, usually to watch tapes of our friends were, and yes, the crowds have always been pretty mangy. You can not see three feet because of the smoke, and we were all packed in there like sardines. For some reason, in my city, these places were still in the basement of a warehouse or another old building downtown decrepit. As a kid, I remember having lots of fun with them. Person was never age, and we have never ever been carded, even though almost everyone there was 16 or 17, after all, the establishment was not the one who sold you the drink, so they were in the clear. This certainly could not happen in the world today. Today, I think these places would be full of poor, toothless, homeless preliminary homeless and needy of their crack-whores: fear miserable types who do not want not only drink and prefer to drink in a bar reminicent real, they can no longer afford. Counselor??? Unless you enjoy watching or problems difficulties are real close to you, just continue on the development of the next.
