Mexican Silver

Coins are usually collected as a hobby. But you can actually buy these things called gold coins, which retain worth their weight in gold, literally! Gold ingots are usually available in a variety of sizes, usually 1 ounces troy or less. There are so many parts of world gold bullion issued by various countries.
The South African Krugerrand was first published in 1967. The Krugerrand is available in one, half, quarter and tenth troy ounce. It has a fineness of 22 carats, which means it is 91.67% gold pure. More than 46 million ounces of South Africa Krugerrand was sold until 2008. It was first minted for help marketing of South African gold.
The American Gold Eagle has been issued in 1986. This piece is also available in the same dimensions as the Krugerrand is in. It's also 22-carat. One troy ounce Gold Eagle coin has a face value of $ 50, but the gold medal, is worth more than 18 times that amount.
The mexican Libertad Gold was released in 1982. It is available in 4 sizes mentioned above, as well as twentieth extra troy ounce size. The interesting thing about the Libertad is that it's not only 22 karat. It's actually 24k, which means that the piece is 99.9% pure gold. La Libertad is also available in silver, where the sizes go up to one kilogram whole.
The Canadian Gold Maple Leaf is Canada's official gold bullion coins. As Libertad, it is released in five different sizes. The Mint Royal Canadian Mint has set new standard pure gold maple leaf, as he issued a coin special version in 2007 which was Gold 99.999% pure, almost no base metals. The Mint has also produced even one piece of solid gold ingots of 100 kg. Needless to say that only five were produced. The Gold Maple Leaf comes directly from mines in Canada.
The Austrian Philharmonic Orchestra is published in five sizes all with 24 carats. The largest size is 1000 parts per troy ounce, equivalent to about 69 pounds. She has a face value of 100,000 euros, and 15 pieces were minted in 2004.
As you can see clearly, the minting of gold coins is not limited to the greatest country. That some World of thing, because these pieces really help an economy (see Krugerrand). Many of these pieces, although they have a nominal value, eventually be worth around $ 1000 No problem, but you must consider the size. A piece 1/20th troy ounce is probably worth 20 least once a part of one troy ounce. However, look at price charts of gold and you will see a similar trend in almost all parts of a single gold bullion in the world.
